Chicken Shawarma
Required Ingredients: Chicken Shawarma Recipe 1 kg boneless chicken 1/4 cup vinegar ½ tbsp. mustard powder Salt to taste 2 tbsps. garlic & ginger paste 1 tbsp. chilli sauce 1 tbsp red chilli powder ½ cup cooking oil Cooking Instructions: Chicken Shawarma Recipe Wash and clean chicken thoroughly and pat dry. Take a sharp knife and use it to cut the chicken pieces into thin slices with two inches length and one inch width. Take recommended quantity of garlic & ginger paste, chilli sauce, vinegar, mustard powder and red chilli powder in a large bowl and mix all ingredients completely. Marinate the chicken slices with prepared cocktail and keep it in refrigerator for half hour. Take half cup cooking oil in a non-stick frying pan and heat it. Add marinated chicken in it and let it cook over light heat until done (it will take about 20-25 minutes). Now prepare twelve chapattis of small size. Spread one tbsp. mayonnaise onto one chapatti, add two tbsps prepared shawarma, little salad (thinly chopped onions, tomatoes and cucumbers) and one tbsp of fresh yogurt over it and make a role. Make the roles of remaining chapattis with same procedure, garnish and serve hot.
