OREO CHEESECAKE (NO BAKE)

INGREDIENTS: 2 cups crushed Oreos 4 tablespoons melted butter 1 (227-gram) block softened cream cheese 1 cup all-purpose cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin 1/4 cup hot water PROCEDURE: 1 Combine 2 cups crushed oreos with melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of an 8x8-inch pan. Chill until ready to use. 2 Using a hand mixer, beat together softened cream cheese, all-purpose cream, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder. Dissolve 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup hot water. Add to cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined. 3 Pour on top of prepared crust. Sprinkle with Oreo crumbs. Chill for at least 3 hours. Slice into squares to serve.
