Peas and cheese pulao (mater paneer pulao )
Rice one cup ,soak for half an hour
Peas one cup
Cottage cheese half packet , cubes
Onion, sliced ,half
All whole spices
Salt
Oil 6 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Yogurt 1/4 cup
Whole green chillies 4
Flour 2 tbsp
Take cottage cheese cubes, coat it in flour and shallow fry till golden colour. Set aside.
Take oil in pot on medium heat , add 2 cloves, one stick of cinnamon, 3 whole black pepper, 2 cardamom. Then add onion and fry till golden brown then add gingers garlic paste, fry , then peas , yogurt, salt and green chillies. Add water to cook peas .
Cover the lid and let it cook on low flame for 30 to 40 minutes or until peas get cooked.
Add rice and more water to cook rice . Cook it . At the end, When u keep rice on low flame, Add cottage cheese and leave more five to seven minutes. Then serve.
