Recipe Of Boneless Spicy Chicken Tikka Boti
Ingredients
1 Kg Boneless Chicken
2 Tbsp Ginger Paste
2 Tbsp Garlic Paste
3 Tbsp Coriander Powder
3 Tbsp Cumin Powder
2 Tbsp Chicken Tikka Masala
4 Garam Masala Powder
4 Tbsp Chilli Garlic etchup
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
Half Bunch Fresh Coriander (Dhaniya) Leaves Finely Chopped
Half Bunch Fresh Mint Leaves (Podina) Finely Chopped
1 Tbsp Crushd Red Chili Flakes
Salt To Taste)
2 Tbsp Yogurt
4 Tsp Lemon Juice
Oil For Brushing On Chicken
Method
Mix All Ingredients With All Spices With Chicken Together Put In A Bowl & Coat The Chicken Boti Pieces And Leave To Marinate For Over Night & At Last 1 Or 2 Hours Preferably In Fridge.
Then Grill On Charcoal & Turn Over Every 2 min & Then Check it Looks Done It’S Done! &
Serve With Salad & Naan
