1. Ghee garam kar k choti ilaichi or long ka bhagar Karen phir chini or doodh ik sath dalen mix karen boil aney dain .
2. Jab do boil ajayen to chawal dal k mix karen. Pani dry hone dain jab pani dry hojaye to red. Green or yellow colours k drops dalen.phir ashrafiyam dalen phir kiahmiah dal k kewra water dalen or cover kar k dam laga dain 25 min .
3.akhir main mix kar k nikalen or uper as khoya or badam se garnish karen
