INDIAN MANGO CHUTNEY RECIPE

Ingredients: 1/2 kg mango, peeled and coarsely chopped 1 cup raisins 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup vinegar 250 grams ginger finely chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 tablespoon salt Method Mix all ingredients and give the mixture to boiling. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 45 minutes Till the mixture thickens.
