SWEET &SOUR RAW MANGO CHUTNEY


Take 1kg of raw mango park it and then cut into cubes form (waste the inner seed) and soak it into water for at least 1/2 hour and change the water 2_3 times 2. Take steel pan add 1_1/2 cup water, raw mango (cubes),salt, ginger 1tb garlic 1 tb (chopped), kalongi 1tp, button chilli (8_10) chopped, Red chilli powder 1/2tp, white vinegar 2tb and cook it for atleast 10_12 minutes at slow flame. When I feel Raw mangoes are mashed so add sugar 1cup ( optional :ginger garlic powder 1/2tp ) 3. Cook it until it forms into sticky jelly structue.. 4. Cool it at room temperature and then pour it into a glass jar.... (keep it in refrigerator
