Kabab karahi

Kabab karahi:
Ingredients:
-   1/2 kg beef mince
-   1 egg
-   1 onion
-   2-3 green chillies
-   Some corriender leaves(hara dhuniya)
-   1 tsp corriender seeds (roasted)(sabit dhuniya)
-   1 tsp cumin seeds (roasted)(zeera)
-   1 and 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
-   1 tbsp spearmint crushed(saunf)
-   1/2 cup gram flour ( basun)
-   Salt as pr your taste
Chop all these ingredients in chopper and make the shape of seekh kabab. Microwave these kababs for 2-3 min then fry.
Gravy ingredients:
-  1 onion chopped
-  4 tomatoes ( cut into small pieces)
-  4 tbsp oil
-  1 tsp red chilli powder
-  1/2 tsp salt or as per your taste
In a pan put all these ingredients togather and make slightly thick paste then add fried kabab in it pour some water ( 1/2 cup)  , garnish with corriender and cover the pan for 5 min.( if u want to give the smoky aroma then place a small burning coal in it for 3-4 sec). Now ready to enjoy.
