Kulfa Whipy whip cream 400 grams Evaporated milk half ltr . Khoya 250 grams Condensed milk half small tin (or as per your taste ) Illaichi powder 1/4 tea Spoon Almond esscenc few drops Kewra esscence few drops . Almonds as per choice . Method: 1) whip the cream untill very very soft peaks (do not whip completely) 2) Mix everything together with hand beater and put it into freezer ,let it set until hard rock and enjoy . Tip) If you don't have evaporated milk take one ltr milk and cook it on slow flame untill thicken (half ltr) . And if you don't have condensed milk you can add 1/4 cup sugar .
