Chicken broast Ingredients for marination Chicken 6pieces White vinegar 2 tablespoons Soya sauce 2 tablespoons Salt 1 teaspoon or as per taste Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon Eggs 1 Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon Oil for frying Ingredients for coating Corn flour 1/2 cup All purpose flour 1/2 cup Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon Corn flakes ( lightly crushed) 1 cup Water as needed to make batter Mix all ingredients for coating except corn flakes and make batter . Method for making chicken Mix all ingredients mentioned above for marination and apply on chicken .let it sit for about 2 hours after marination After that , put chicken on steam. Once it is tender enough then coat it with batter first then lightly crushed corn flakes.. Deep fry on medium flame until it turns golden in colour Enjoy with ketchup or with any sauce you love to dip in.!!!
